Two Onion Lake, SK residents have been arrested following a pursuit with Bonnyville RCMP.
On May 17, Bonnyville RCMP located a stolen vehicle they believed was being driven by someone wanted on multiple warrants.
Officers engaged in a pursuit with the suspect who failed to stop for police. The pursuit came to a stop after RCMP deployed tire deflation devices.
Darren Raine Moocheweines, 24, and Alexandra Megan Dillon, 22, both of Onion Lake, SK, were arrested and charged.
Moocheweines has been charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, failing to stop while being pursued by police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving while disqualified, and two counts of failing to comply with a recognizance.
Dillon has been charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, and three counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
They will appear in the Bonnyville Provincial Courthouse for their first appearance on May 22. Both remain in custody.
